DAVID ROBINSON, CONSULTING DIRECTOR

David is our Program Director and Delivery expert. His significant experience in business transformation and technology projects spans a range of industries including banking, finance, government, health insurance, manufacturing, telecommunications and utilities. It covers PMO review and set up, project rescue/ramp up, business case development, Agile, Iterative and other methodologies, financial management, as well as data discovery, modelling and governance.

David is a proactive leader, who maintains an impartial approach, supported by the development and implementation of rigorous, objective analysis tools.

He is also an expert yachtsman, captaining his own vessel in Port Phillip Bay competitions and across Bass Strait.

IAN PEARCE, CONSULTING DIRECTOR

Ian is respected for his ability to identify the benefits to be obtained from current and emerging technologies, the potential of IT in general to drive business objectives, and the capabilities and processes needed to support applied IT solutions.

INJI WIJEGUNARATNE, ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT

Inji is a respected practitioner and lecturer in business-aligned Enterprise Architecture, and author of several publications on the topic. His well-rounded experience was gained at consulting and systems integration houses such as Infosys, IBM, Logica, Deloitte, Capgemini and Unisys (Australia and UK), as well as at Health Insurance giants Medibank and Bupa.

With Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Information Systems from London University, Inji has brought an innovative, informed perspective to Enterprise Architecture leadership across many industries, including finance, insurance, utilities and FMCG. He has also led the development of enterprise transformation roadmaps and program architecture, and most recently, Blockchain solutioning and go to market activities.
